Okavango's Conservation-Lens Investing approach builds on decades of innovation in creating and deploying capital structures in conservation enterprise.  Okavango's leadership has led multiple investments in Conservation Businesses,  some of which remain in its portfolio. In partnership with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), leaders of Okavango helped launch its Conservation Bonds, which raised $US 7-million from private investors financed nine Conservation Businesses in East and Southern Africa operating in sustainable agriculture and nature-based tourism.
